5. Russian scientists have created a kit for the diagnosis of acute forms of leukemia by analyzing mutations in blood stem cells. The press service of the Siberian Federal University (SFU) writes about this. High-tech analysis allows hematologists to quickly assess the genetic characteristics of a tumor cell, which reduces the time of diagnosis to several days and speeds up the start of treatment.
