  • Regular cargo transportation in unmanned mode on a public highway has started in Russia

 

On October 4, 2023, an unmanned StarLine tractor in stormy weather carried cargo along the M11 Neva highway, there were more than 10 tons of cargo in the trailer of the drone. It was the 7th unmanned flight between St. Petersburg and Moscow.

Dmitry Chermoshentsev, senior researcher at the Russian Quantum Center, announced the completion of the development of such a technology.
