    • Arktikugol plans to create an international scientific center in Svalbard

     

    The Arktikugol State Trust intends to create an international scientific and educational center for BRICS and other countries in the Norwegian archipelago of Svalbard in the village of the Russian presence. China, Brazil, India, Turkey and Thailand have already shown interest in the project, and the trust is currently developing a concept for the center

    • The University in Kazan now has a double degree program with a Chinese partner

     

    Kazan National Research Technological University has signed an agreement to expand the double degree program with Beijing University of Chemical Technology. Students who are ready for mobility, with the support of SIBUR, are covered by transportation costs and a scholarship is paid.

    • The priority of the new strategy of the Sberbank Group will be the development of artificial intelligence

     

    In 2024-2026, Sberbank intends to switch to a human-centered business model and develop a “new generation” artificial intelligence (AI), said the head of the group, German Gref, at the presentation of the new strategy of Sberbank. Previously, the priority of the 2021-2023 strategy was the development of the ecosystem, while the bank will continue to expand it.
