- Tomsk State University financially supports foreign graduate students with the funds of its endowment fund
The first young scientists from foreign countries who graduated from Tomsk State University and enrolled in graduate school received scholarship support from the TSU Endowment Fund. Incentives were awarded to graduate students from Peru, Indonesia, Iran, China and Syria for scientific achievements, publications of articles in scientific journals, and success in working on dissertations. Such support is provided in Russia in only 2-3 Universities.
