1. Protective compounds developed by Perm State National Research University scientists can reduce the metal corrosion rate by more than 90%. Such substances are used in the gas and oil industries for the treatment of pipes, pumps and other equipment that comes into contact with a corrosive medium, for example, with hydrochloric acid used in the treatment of wells.

Scientists from Skoltech and the Mental Health Research Center have found 22 lipids in the blood plasma of schizophrenic patients, the change in the level of which they associate with a slower improvement in the clinical picture during treatment.
