1. The Russian Academy of Sciences (RAS) is considering the possibility of opening representative offices of the Academy in Switzerland and South Korea to develop more active cooperation with scientists from these countries. 5. A group of scientists of the Research and Education Center I.N. Butakova of the National Research Tomsk Polytechnic University (TPU) develops fuel that does not lose efficiency in low and negative temperatures. 6. Specialists from the Sarapulsky Electrogenerating Plant (SEGP) from Udmurtia produced and tested a thrust regulator for a liquid-propellant rocket engine, which will allow the Russian amphibious module of the international research mission ExoMars-2020 to land on Mars.
